Scholarships | Newark Bronze Shields Scholarship

This is the time of year when high school seniors are making critical decisions about their future. In addition to completing that final year of high school, the next chapter of life is a major area of focus. This next chapter often includes preparing for college and figuring out how to pay for the associated expenses. The Newark Bronze Shields would like award a select number of Newark High School Seniors who are college bound with a $1,000.00 scholarship. We recognize all the hard work and sacrifice you put forth.

The scholarship awards are funded through charitable contributions from Sworn and Civilian Newark Police Department personnel, as well as countless supporters. The Newark Bronze Shields also host an annual Scholarship Dinner Dance to help raise funding towards these scholarships which are presented to deserving students.
